Cosagency applies a transparent payment mechanism to ensure service implementation timelines, maintain a disciplined working standard, and create stability for the entire operational process between both parties.

1. Payment Methods

Cosagency accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (preferred)

  • Payment via e-wallet as agreed (Momo/ZaloPay)

  • International payment (PayPal/Wise) for overseas customers
All payments must be made according to the account details provided by Cosagency in the contract or invoice.

2. Deposit Policy

To ensure project timelines and proper allocation of resources, Cosagency applies the following rules:

  • A 50% deposit of the contract value is required upon signing to commence implementation.

  • For package-based or monthly services, payment must be made before the working cycle.

Delays in paying the deposit may directly affect the implementation schedule and delivery timelines.

3. Payment of the Remaining Amount

  • The remaining 50% is payable immediately after Cosagency completes delivery in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

  • For monthly retainer services, the customer shall pay 100% in advance for each cycle.

4. Additional Work & Adjustments

Any requests outside the original agreed scope will be quoted separately.
The customer is required to pay 100% of the additional fees before Cosagency proceeds.

5. Invoices & Documentation

  • Cosagency provides electronic invoices or payment receipts upon request.

  • If the customer requires a VAT invoice, full company/organizational information must be provided.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of marketing services involving human resources, time, and content production, Cosagency applies the following principles:

  • No refunds shall be made for deposits once the project has been activated.

  • If Cosagency has not initiated or allocated resources to the project, refunds will be considered based on contractual agreements.

  • If the customer unilaterally terminates the project, all paid amounts are deemed valid and non-refundable.

7. Late Payment

To maintain project discipline:

  • In case of late payment exceeding 05 working days, Cosagency reserves the right to temporarily suspend implementation.

  • If the delay exceeds 10 days, Cosagency reserves the right to terminate the contract and retain all deliverables produced.

8. Transparency Commitment

Cosagency operates based on standardized principles: clarity of scope, cost transparency, and accountability at every stage of execution. All financial communications shall be confirmed via email or internal written records.
